Money, show me the Money

Staggering insight that was had while ogling at some really hot babe’s poster. She was posing for some highly exclusive footwear, something which most males would have had a problem focusing on. (The footwear, that is).

She wanted my money.

That model must have worked hard on her body, spending hours in the gym, spent thousands of bucks on make up and bling, may have had to sleep with a few people to get assignments (maybe. Who knows?), was willing to pose seductively with a "you can’t afford me" expression on her face, so that…she could get money. Indirectly, my money.

For all the star-struck teens, die-hard fans of movie stars and rock stars, loyal fans of writers…they all want your money. So, if you hear about an ‘exclusive interview with Shah Rukh Khan on his latest movie’ on MTV, please realize it is you who is paying Shah Rukh. His exclusivity, his inaccesibility will turn into anonymity (‘Shahrukh who?’) if it were not for his fans…and fans go delirious when they see him (or any other celebrity, for that matter). Strange.
