Nandan Pandit is a guy in his early thirties. He is from India and has spent most of his life in Mumbai. He is a Commerce graduate from R A Podar College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai. He has done his Post Graduation in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, which allows him to call himself an HR professional. He has around two years’ experience in what is popularly called a ‘generalist’ role and around four years in an HR and Change Management Consultant role. Nandan has been blogging for more than three years now, but he has changed blogs. His earlier blog is here. (Update: due to unbelievable meanness displayed on the part of the blogging service, Nandan has lost three years of blog entries. That’s around a 100+ entries. Undeterred, he has decided to start afresh on this new blog. He has been able to salvage some entries and they have been copied and pasted on the Blast From The Past page).
All the entries here are his own opinions and do not talk of his previous or present employer(s) and should not be construed as such. He takes his own time to authorize/clear comments, so please do not wait with bated breath to see your comments appear.
He likes to write about a lot of things: life, work, play and so on. He really hates to write in third person, so he shall stop writing now.
